The son even drove us to the elephant park and later helped us find a restaurant, driving around until we got there – the sweetest guy we met in Bali. The homestay looks traditional Balinese with a great garden and pool. One night the family cooked a feast: smoked duck, chicken satay, and more. Apart from a mattress that was a bit soft, we loved every minute.”
